Thank you for shopping with Dream of Crystals. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, product availability issues, or unforeseen delays, shipping may take longer than expected. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India and may offer international shipping to selected countries based on availability and courier support.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details, where applicable.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Dream of Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs clearance, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are also not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
We may request photos of the package and product in order to investigate the issue with the courier partner.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country’s customs authorities.
Dream of Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
